The reason that jaw crusher fails run normal

Jaw crusher has been usually forced to hault just because of the material block during operation, which will sure influence the normal production procedure, even reduce the corporation profit  much less than before. However, how many reasons that lead to jaw crusher material blocking phenomenon. SANYYO Machinery explain to us for the following several tips:

First, during jaw crusher operation, the too fast or too slow discharge speed will both contribute the output blocking the discharge gate. Thus, large quantity of material will obstacle the jaw crusher to discharge. And large material will left inside the cavity, under this circumstance, jaw crusher is destined to be stopped from going on work.

Second, the conveyor belt plays a key role in transmitting through the scored pulley the material to the next grade crusher to achieve the goal of breaking the stone during the whole production line is on operation. When the  conveyor belt got loosen than before, it will rotate as the scored pulley's  rotation, and not able to drive the pulley rotation. Thus large quantity material sure not transmitting to the crusher and blocked inside the crushing cavity, and failed to discharge.

Third, the eccentric shaft is the most important wearing parts of crushing cavity of jaw crusher, it need continuously rotating  to enable the crushing parts to play their  function, when the eccentric shaft bushing fixing is fail which will make the eccentric shaft will sure stuck and it will not rotate any more, which resulted in the failing operation of  jaw crusher.

Forth, the motor of jaw crusher can only be work normal under the certain voltage, if the voltage is over low , the motor can not be able to work normally, at this time, large quantity number of stone material will block inside the crushing cavity , which resulted in the low output of the whole production line.

Fifth, after the wearing parts of jaw crusher broken down,  the jaw crusher will also be influenced, it failed in discharge the output and left inside the crushing cavity.

On knowing those factors that lead to the block of stone. We can be able to check the problem and maintain it to ensure the crusher keep on working normally.
